Hi, I'm Beck (they/them), an embodiment guide and personal trainer with over a decade of experience here in Portland.

I believe that amidst the exhaustion, fear, and stress we may feel, our bodies aren't broken; they're responding to the world around us. We're doing the best we can with the tools we've learned so far, and our bodies have carried us through it all.

Remembering and relating to our physical bodies through movement, nature, and somatic practices, we can begin to liberate ourselves and future generations from the systems of oppression that thrive when we’re disconnected.

My approach draws inspiration from the natural world, merging scientific and imaginal perspectives to create collaborative, individualized sessions rooted in curiosity.

Through heartfelt conversation and mindful movement practices, you'll deepen your connection with your body and explore themes like finding belonging, navigating life transitions, and developing new movement skills. Additionally, our sessions offer a safe and supportive space for integrating experiences and insights from psychedelic journeys or altered states of consciousness.

Personal training

Experience a fitness style that embraces who you are. Our personal training sessions focus on supporting your movement outside the gym, using exercises and activities tailored to your individual needs. Workout with a trainer who understands that traditional fitness spaces aren’t for everyone.

    Join me in my private studio located in Northeast Portland, OR. This 275 sqft open space is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of movement practices, featuring large cushy mats, shock-absorbing flooring, and a great sound system. Immerse yourself in a nurturing, low-key environment surrounded by plants and equipped with kettlebells, calisthenics gear, and other functional training equipment.
